I’m a pattern breaker and truth teller. The ‘Space in Between’ interrogates visual and behavioral patterns, inviting us to look closer at what’s hiding inside. Repetition of images and actions into patterns can camouflage hidden narratives and discourage criticality. Are we even aware of the narratives we internalize and perpetuate through patterns? The ‘Space in Between’ immerses you deep into these patterns as disorienting 3D spaces. The longer you gaze at the complex layered shapes and details, the more is revealed. The work invites us to consider “How and what do patterns hide in our contemporary moment?”
